Do I need an Appointment to come in?

Yes, we are an appointment-only bridal boutique. You can book your appointment online or call us at (248) 308-2733 Tuesday - Sunday. We charge a non-refundable appointment fee to reserve your appointment time. You can bring up to anywhere from three to five guests to your appointment, depending on the appointment booked. As much as we love children, the boutique has a no-children policy.

What is your price range?

Made To Order gowns are $2,500 to $12,000. A majority of our made-to-order gowns are $4,0000-$7,000.

Off the Rack Gowns are: $800 to $5,000

What are Off the Rack Gowns?

They are gowns available to purchase on the day of your appointment. They are typically gowns we are heavily discounting and are unavailable to be ordered any longer. We have over 100 gowns available to purchase and take home on your appointment day.

What are Made to Order Dresses?

These are dresses available to be ordered in a standard size; they are fully customizable and full-priced. They are made specifically for the bride purchasing them. Please remember these are not custom-sized and will need alterations like any other wedding dress.

How long do gowns take to come in? When should I start shopping?

On average, gowns take 6-8 months to arrive from the day you purchase your gown. They sometimes can come sooner. We can typically accommodate a rush order if you need it to be here in less than six months.

Are alterations included in the cost of the dress?

No. Alterations are unique to every bride; it is hard to add the cost in as some brides need more or less work done than others. On average, alterations cost anywhere between $700 to $900. Our prices also do not include customizations, tax, rush fees, or accessories.

Do you carry Bridesmaids or mothers of the Bride/Groom?

No, we only cater to brides!

What sizes do you carry in-store?

We carry sizes from 10-22. These are bridal sizes and fit 2-3 sizes smaller than standard sizing. So a bridal ten typically fits like a street size six.

Do you accept returns on purchases made in-store or online?

No, we do not accept returns or do any exchanges on anything purchased from L’amour Bridal. No Exceptions.
